Vibes is composed for Bauhinia Concert 2017 to reminisce the short moments appeared in my mind during my solo journey to Germany in Early-June. Differing ordinary terminology, I used ‘moments’ instead of ‘movements’ as the work is about short times and being the fact that each ‘moment’ is very short, about 1-2 minute(s) to let everybody take a tiny sip of that particular scene. The work in whole is bombarded with rich and contrasting textures, onomatopoeia of church bells and sounds of cityscape could be found throughout the piece.

為了回憶六月在德國獨自旅行的一些瞬間，便藉紫荊音樂會2017，寫了《氛圍》。因為這作品是關於短促的時間，所以 命名上，我使用了「瞬間」，而不是一般的「樂章」。每個「瞬間」也因此十分短，時長1-2 分鐘，讓大家淺嚐那個場景。整個作品充滿豐富而有對比的織體，也有教堂鐘聲的擬聲手法和城市的律動，不妨留意。
